Customer Support Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will directly deal with US based clients, manage ongoing customer relationships and support sales activities. The role involves handling company provided clients as well as developing and managing personal client portfolios over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with US based clients via email, chat and calls.
• Manage and maintain long term relationships with company clients.
• Understand client requirements related to printing and packaging products.
• Assist in sales, quotations, follow ups and order processing.
• Generate and manage personal leads after completing training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Meet monthly performance and client success targets.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
