We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and previous experience handling customer calls for international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, billing, products, and general support.
* Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
* Document customer interactions accurately in the company's systems.
* Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
* Meet daily performance and quality standards.
* Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Ability to multitask and work in a high paced environment, and complex situation handling.
* Minimum 1 year of customer support or call center experience.
* Strong communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
* Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting international customers.
* Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or online retail support.
* Neutral or Americanized English accent.
