Call Center Representatives

Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency with a strong international presence. We specialize in delivering data-driven solutions—including SEO, Digital Marketing, Web Development, GMB Optimization, Google Ads Management, and PPC strategies—to enhance the online visibility and drive measurable growth for our clients in the US and UK markets.

We are seeking motivated and confident Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic outbound sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore.

Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients in the UK and US markets. Your primary focus will be to initiate outbound calls, effectively communicate the value of our comprehensive digital marketing services, and generate qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective international clients.
• Clearly present and articulate the benefits of our digital marketing services, including SEO, Digital Marketing, Web Development, GMB, Google Ads Management, and PPC.
• Accurately document and manage all client interactions and information in the company CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Conduct strategic follow-up calls to nurture leads and successfully close sales.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer service in all interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Matric / O-Levels. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Language: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• Experience: Prior experience in international outbound sales is a strong advantage. Experience in selling digital marketing services (SEO/Digital Marketing) is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Must be results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Job Details:

• Shift Timings (Monday - Friday):
• UK Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• US Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Location: Office No. 402, Al Hafeez Shopping Mall, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore.
• Work Type: This is an on-site position and is not available for remote work.
