Position Overview

We are seeking energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will proactively engage key decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Managers, Business Owners) in international markets to introduce our digital marketing solutions and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute 200+ daily outbound cold calls to potential clients in the UK and US markets.
• Engage professionally with C-level executives, marketing managers, and business owners.
• Clearly articulate the value of services like SEO, Digital Marketing, SMM, Google Ads, GMB, and Web Development.
• Generate at least 20 qualified leads monthly through strategic follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for the senior sales team.
• Accurately log client interactions and details in the company CRM system.
• Identify client pain points and recommend tailored digital marketing packages.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position services effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Matric/O-Level; Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business preferred.
• Experience: 6+ months of international B2B cold calling preferred; digital marketing sales experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Fluent spoken English with a clear, neutral, or Western accent (UK/US).
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, Google Ads).
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.

Working Hours

• UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT), Mon–Fri
• US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT), Mon–Fri
