Location: Gulberg, Lahore (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₨75,000 per month
Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Call Center Agent to engage with the UK market. The ideal candidate will be skilled in outbound sales and dedicated to promoting our international SEO and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional follow-ups.
• Present and promote our suite of SEO and digital marketing services effectively.
• Develop tailored sales strategies to meet individual client needs.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline accurately using our CRM system.
• Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to ensure target achievement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Matric / O-Level / Intermediate.
• Language: Fluency in spoken English is essential, with strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Skills:
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation abilities.
• Capability to manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and a proven target-driven work ethic.
• Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales or cold calling for international SEO/digital marketing campaigns is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional English skills and strong motivation are highly encouraged to apply.
