Customer Service Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Schedule: Afternoon shift (starts between 12 PM – 1 PM, 9-hour shift)

About the Role
PlanLab Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and ensuring every interaction is positive and professional. This position involves managing communication with international clients through email, live chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (calls, live chat, and emails).
  • Provide accurate information, guidance, and troubleshooting support to customers.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Identify and resolve issues by analyzing customer concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their problems are completely resolved.
  • Stay informed about company products and updates to deliver the best service possible.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer support, call centers, or chat/email-based support is an advantage.
  • Confident computer user with good internet navigation skills.
  • Must be available for afternoon shift timings.

Job Type: Full-time
