Russian Call Center

Account Boosters is hiring Russian Speaking Call Center Agents for our Lahore office (Cantt area). This is an office-based, night shift position where you will be responsible for handling communication with Russian-speaking clients in the USA.

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in Russian, confident in communication, and able to maintain a professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with Russian-speaking clients.

Communicate clearly and effectively in the Russian language.

Use CRM systems to manage client records and interactions.

Ensure a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

Must be able to work night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Saturday) from our office in Cantt, Lahore.

Proficient in speaking and understanding the Russian language.

Strong computer skills and ability to use CRM systems effectively.

Good communication skills and professional work ethic.

Starting Salary: PKR 100,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
