Operation Executive (Social Media)

Nayyer Industries (Pvt) Ltd is looking for Operation Executive at Lahore Head Office. The right candidate has the following job descriptions.

· Provide prompt, professional customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Handle after-sales issues, update client correspondence, assist with inquiries, and track and address delayed deliveries.

· Provide concise feedback to the Manager on customer responses for new products and service feedback, aiming to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.

· Supervise quality control for customer support and order fulfillment, working with the Manager to develop and implement new SOPs that enhance the quality of service and improve order fulfillment processes.

· Responsible to check accounts department related quires in detail for avoiding any inconvenience.

Has strong knowledge about Draz.pk and Shopify.

Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree
Professional Experience Required: Having 1 years minimum experience in Customer Dealing on Social Media with same title and position.
