Telemarketing Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
  • Promote the company’s products and services by clearly communicating value propositions.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead targets.
  • Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and customer responses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
