Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
- Promote the company’s products and services by clearly communicating value propositions.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions.
- Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead targets.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and customer responses.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
