About Us:
The Chicago Area Service Office (CASO) supports the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous by providing the resources and infrastructure needed to carry out its primary purpose: helping alcoholics who still suffer.

As a central service office, CASO assists thousands of individuals each year by connecting people to meetings, maintaining a comprehensive directory of over 2,400 meetings, and supporting volunteers who carry the message into hospitals, correctional facilities, and the broader community.

Working in partnership with the Chicago Area Service Assembly (CASA), CASO helps coordinate service efforts, maintain vital fellowship information, and preserve the history of AA in Chicago. Our small team of staff and dedicated volunteers ensures that AA remains accessible, organized, and available to anyone seeking help.
