Bookkeeper

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records for our companies. We have four separate entities so days will be dedicated to each company. All companies utilize Quickbooks with Field Edge service program but one just finished 2025 utilizing Sage (MAS200). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in financial software and concepts. Familiarity with Field Edge is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Perform balance sheet reconciliations

- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner

- Utilize QuickBooks and Sage (MAS200)

- Understand and apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

- Conduct corporate accounting duties efficiently

- Handle debits, credits, and financial transactions

- Utilize 10-key typing for data entry tasks

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks and Sage (MAS200).

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and GAAP

- Familiarity with accounts payable, payroll, and corporate accounting processes

- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations accurately

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with financial software applications

- Knowledge of payroll processing

- Understanding of corporate accounting principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
