Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site, hybrid, or remote Bookkeeper role located in Placentia, CA. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate accounts. Daily tasks include bookkeeping, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, managing accounting software, and supporting overall financial operations. The role also involves collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries (Accounting), and maintaining accurate records
• Experience with Financial Statements and financial reporting processes
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Software and basic Finance principles
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in accounting roles; familiarity with relevant regulations is a plus
• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

Must be familiar with or have a good understanding of filing tax forms FTB 3536, Form 568, and FTB 3537 with the Franchise Tax Board in California for LLC's regulations for tax compliance..
