Primary Responsibilities

• Complete Accounts Payable activities
• Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks®
• Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors
• Update spreadsheets

• Update subcontractor documentation on projects
• Invoice analysis and compliance
• Vendor/ Subcontractor Credentialing and relationship building
• Assist with Budget creation and monitoring in departments.
• Perform general bookkeeping activities as assigned.
• Perform general office duties including answering phones, rendering customer assistance, accepting payments, etc.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements

• 2+ year(s) of experience with QuickBooks Pro® (most recent versions)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software
• Associate Degree or higher
• 3+ Years Bookkeeping Experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m – 5 p.m., additional time as needed.
