The Role:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep our finances organized. This is a flexible position, about 10-15 hours per week, with potential for remote work after an initial training period.
Pay: $20–$30/hr (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Organize receipts, vendor invoices, and categorize expenses
- Monitor accounts payable and ensure bills are paid on time
- Prepare simple reports (monthly P&L, budget tracking)
- Assist with catch-up bookkeeping projects as needed
- Coordinate with the owner, accountant, and operations manager
Future Opportunities:
- As you become familiar with the role, responsibilities may expand to include payroll support, tax prep assistance, and deeper financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience preferred (QuickBooks Online required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills — comfortable working with a small, fast-paced team
