Carribbean Connection is a long-standing, family-owned retail and service business in Jacksonville Beach specializing in body piercing, tattoos, and high-end jewelry. We’ve been in business for over 35 years and are proud of our strong community roots.

The Role:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep our finances organized. This is a flexible position, about 10-15 hours per week, with potential for remote work after an initial training period.

Pay: $20–$30/hr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Organize receipts, vendor invoices, and categorize expenses
• Monitor accounts payable and ensure bills are paid on time
• Prepare simple reports (monthly P&L, budget tracking)
• Assist with catch-up bookkeeping projects as needed
• Coordinate with the owner, accountant, and operations manager

Future Opportunities:

• As you become familiar with the role, responsibilities may expand to include payroll support, tax prep assistance, and deeper financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience preferred (QuickBooks Online required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills — comfortable working with a small, fast-paced team
