Bookkeeper

Client Company:

• A Turkish cosmetic brand expanding their business in Pakistan.
• Job Overview:
• We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of handling accounts independently.Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, payments, and expenses)
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare financial reports on a weekly/monthly basis
• Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliationsOther Details:

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
