Job Title: Part-Time Remote Bookkeeper (Accounting Background Required)

The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our accounts three days a week. This is a 90% work-from-home position designed for someone who values a work-life balance and the freedom of a flexible weekly schedule. Weekly in person meetings to review completed work required.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Process and categorize expenses using Neat Receipts.
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
- Perform bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Education: A degree or formal certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Software Savvy: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with Neat Receipts is a must.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a service or installation-based industry is a plus.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently from home while meeting deadlines.
- Proof of Work: Applicants must be able to provide examples or references regarding past bookkeeping performance.
Schedule & Compensation
- Pay: $25.00 per hour.
- Hours: Part-time (3 days per week).
- Location: Remote (Based in DFW area required).
