What You Will Do

Handle day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of clients, including payroll, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, sales tax returns, and more. You will be a key point of contact for clients, keeping their financials accurate, timely, and organized.

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in public accounting
• QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online experience (advanced preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple clients
• Solid communication and client service skills
• Associate degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
• MS Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
