Bookkeeper / Admin + Media Assistant

Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Right-Hand + Digital Support)

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-loving human to help keep our world running smoothly — and help us show up well online.

This is not just a task-doer role. This is a right-hand role.

You’ll manage calendars and email, oversee bookkeeping and payroll, handle day-to-day administrative details — and also support social media content creation and posting.

You bring structure where there’s chaos, clarity where there’s clutter, and systems where there are sticky notes. You’re just as comfortable reconciling numbers as you are drafting a caption or formatting a clean Instagram post.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing and protecting leader's calendar time
  • Organizing and responding to email communications
  • Handling bookkeeping (AP/AR, reconciliations, expense tracking)
  • Processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintaining organized digital systems and documentation
  • Creating and improving operational processes
  • Assisting with social media content creation (photos, captions, scheduling posts)
  • Helping maintain a consistent and professional online presence
  • Tackling miscellaneous administrative projects as they come up

Experience That Helps

  • Administrative or executive assistant experience
  • 2+ years Bookkeeping and payroll experience
  • Experience managing or creating content for social media accounts
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic photo/video editing apps
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting and productivity software
  • Comfort with cloud-based systems and digital tools

The Details

  • Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
  • Flexible scheduling options

  • On-site work required, some remote work is possible
