Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

We are hiring a Bookkeeper who loves to work hard and is a great team player for our small and family-like team.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • QuickBooks
  • Bookkeeping
  • Data Entry
  • Excel
  • Outlook

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Profit & Loss statements
  • Cash flow analysis
  • Customer credit checks
  • Coordinate office supplies and other administrative requirements in support of management as needed.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Trustworthy and detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • Proficiency in English

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is highly desired.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
