You will undertake the preparation and completion of a wide range of book keeping and assisting clients with queries.
The Successful Candidate, Must Have Experience Of

Record and maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple UK clients.

Update and manage the asset register.

Perform timely bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Process payroll and ensure compliance with UK regulations. Handle accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Prepare and submit VAT returns through relevant UK accounting software.

Assist accountants with data entry, journals, and month-end adjustments.

Liaise with clients to address bookkeeping queries.

Collaborate with senior accountants on month-end and year-end closings.

Identify and report errors, discrepancies, or process improvements.
Technical Skills / Knowledge

Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of bookkeeping experience (UK practice) preferred

Hands-on experience of accounting systems Quickbooks, XERO, DEXT and Hubdoc and Arthur
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (EXCEL, Outlook, Word, Adobe)

Data entry skills

Ability to work to deadlines and to be flexible as regards the hours and assignments worked

Ability to communicate openly and build up excellent relationships with the team and clients

Salary range PKR 62,000 to 73,000 PKR (including Medical Allowance)
