Bookkeeper (Full-Time | Hybrid)

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position offering growth opportunities within a collaborative and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file Sales Tax and Tangible Property Tax
• Process 1099s and 1042 / 1042-S
• Handle Annual Reports
• Manage Payroll and Multi-State Payroll
• Work with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of the responsibilities listed above
• Well-rounded understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of Accrual basis vs. Cash basis accounting
• GAAP experience is a plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online
• Required to attend client visits as needed
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, hourly position
• Overtime compensation in accordance with applicable labor laws
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays
