Bookkeeper (Residential Property Management Experience Required)

At Grit Property Group, our mission is simple: we maximize the investments of our owners, provide safe and welcoming homes for our residents, and cultivate a workplace where everyone feels valued and proud to do meaningful work. We’re not your average property management company—and we don’t want to be.

We’re powered by a team that lives our values:

  • Be a puppy: We’re relentless and resourceful. “That’s not my job” isn’t in our vocabulary.
  • Move fast, stay ready: We respond with urgency, stay flexible, and never let the ball drop.
  • Provide objective expertise: We know Kansas City, and we guide our residents based on what works.
  • Say it straight: We’re clear, respectful, and transparent in all communication.
