Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records for our F&B business. The role requires excellent English communication skills for reporting and occasional client outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and petty cash.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries in clear English for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
Client Outreach:
- Conduct occasional cold calls to potential clients or suppliers.
- Support business development efforts by maintaining accurate logs of calls and leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in F&B.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and numerical skills.
- Confident in communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
