Bookkeeper & Sales Outreach Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records for our F&B business. The role requires excellent English communication skills for reporting and occasional client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
  • Reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and petty cash.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries in clear English for management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.

Client Outreach:

  • Conduct occasional cold calls to potential clients or suppliers.
  • Support business development efforts by maintaining accurate logs of calls and leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in F&B.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and numerical skills.
  • Confident in communicating with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD200.000 per month
