We are hiring an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in UK Accounts, VAT, and Xero to manage financial operations for our UK clients.
3–4 years of solid experience in accounting and bookkeeping, particularly using Xero accounting software. Should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Must have knowledge of UK Taxation and VAT. Must have hands-on experience with UK accounting, and Xero software
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records using Xero accounting software.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and billing.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Liaise with accountants or auditors for year-end financial processes.
  • Assist in payroll processing and tax filings as required.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in Xero is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation, reporting, and general ledger.
  • Excellent Excel and financial data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with other accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of tax laws and payroll processing.

Experience: 3+ Years
Job Type/Location: Full Time Onsite - Johar Town, Lahore
Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
