Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Infor Visual ERP, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, client records, and office supplies
  • Support office management by coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
  • Data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with ERP software and general office management
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
