Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Clio and QuickBooks software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
  • Handle data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure all documents are precise and organized
  • Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory control
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email promptly and courteously
  • Assist with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Clio for bookkeeping tasks.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and customer service is highly desirable
