We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records by entering data meticulously and proofreading documents for errors
- Oversee front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service
- Handle calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Support office management functions such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with data entry projects, proofreading correspondence, and supporting customer support efforts
- Provide personal assistant support as needed, including managing emails, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience with office administration and clerical duties in a professional environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of office management best practices and time management techniques
- Experience working as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
