Job Title: Bookkeeping & Accounts Executive
Location: Liberty, Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeping & Accounts Executive to manage financial records and daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise in cloud-based accounting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks in coordination with the client leader
• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Review payments, track expenses, and monitor revenue
• Analyze accounts to ensure correct financial statement balances
• Prepare and maintain accounting documentation for verification
• Ensure all financial processes follow proper documentation and approval procedures

Occupational Safety & Health Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for personal health and safety at the workplace
• Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or occupational hazards
• Participate in safety trainings and activities
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Provide accurate health-related information when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Experience with cloud accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
