Boomloader- Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the telehandler efficiently and safely to transport construction materials and equipment around the site.
• Load and unload goods from transport vehicles and place materials in designated storage or usage areas.
• Conduct daily equipment checks, including inspection of hydraulics, tires, fluids, and controls, and report any faults promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all site safety rules and company procedures to ensure a risk-free work environment.
• Work closely with supervisors, logistics teams, and tradesmen to meet site material handling needs.
• Support with material handling duties, including assisting other site machinery where necessary.
• Perform basic upkeep tasks to keep the machine in optimal working condition.
• Record and report material handling activities and movement logs accurately.

Requirements:

• Valid Telehandler Operator License or Certification from a recognized training institution.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating a telehandler in a construction or industrial setting.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety practices in heavy equipment operations.
• Ability to read and follow site plans, layout drawings, and verbal instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit with the stamina to work in demanding outdoor environments.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious mindset.
