BOQ & Purchase Specialist

BOQ & Costing

  • Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates based on GFC drawings and specifications
  • Verify BOQs against drawings, site requirements, and design changes
  • Assist in budget planning, cost control, and value engineering
  • Update BOQs as per revisions and variation orders

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparative statements
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved budgets and timelines
  • Ensure materials meet approved specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules

Vendor & Coordination

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers
  • Coordinate with site teams to track material requirements, lead times, and deliveries
  • Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain procurement records, BOQs, rate analysis, and vendor databases
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing
  • Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, cost tracking, and savings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
