Job Overview

Fun Finity, an indoor family entertainment facility at Lake City Mall, is seeking physically fit, disciplined, and responsible individuals for the position of Bouncer. The role is responsible for maintaining safety, discipline, and order within the play area, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for children, families, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, the ability to manage crowds, and the capability to respond effectively to security or safety concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain security and discipline within the Fun Finity play area.
• Ensure safe and controlled entry and exit of visitors.
• Monitor guest behavior to prevent misconduct, disturbances, or unsafe activities.
• Provide crowd control during peak hours, weekends, and special events.
• Assist management in handling disputes or disruptive behavior professionally.
• Ensure children’s safety by monitoring activity areas and preventing overcrowding on rides or play equipment.
• Support emergency response procedures including evacuation or incident management when required.
• Coordinate with floor management and mall security when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate education.
• Maximum Age: 30 years.
• Prior experience as Bouncer, Security Guard, or Safety Staff preferred.
• Physically fit and alert with strong situational awareness.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience in shopping malls, entertainment facilities, clubs, or hospitality venues.
• Training in security procedures, crowd control, or emergency response will be an advantage.
• Strong discipline, reliability, and professional conduct.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
