Overview

Store Manager for our Dubai Mall boutique - Mission and role summary: The store manager is responsible for the overall management of the store, its sales team, merchandise and customer service, achieving sales objectives, store profitability, and maintaining high operation and merchandising standards. The Store Manager also serves as the Delvaux Ambassador, promoting the brand to clients and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Team Management
    • Identify, recruit, develop and retain best-in-class talent
    • Coach, develop, motivate and challenge the team by setting clear goals and holding regular meetings
    • Set individual objectives for each team member and support them in reaching those objectives
    • Conduct midterm and annual evaluations
    • Create development plans for sales staff and management
    • Lead by example; supervise store personnel and enforce company policies
  • Operations
    • Effective use of POS system and inventory management
    • Provide daily, weekly, monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports
    • Determine staffing needs and create schedules to ensure store coverage
    • Complete store administration tasks accurately and timely
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and inventory accuracy
    • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization
    • Coordinate with Richemont teams for timely product transfers
    • Perform other projects as assigned
  • Brand Promotion
    • Develop the notoriety of the house and build brand awareness
    • Build a network of influential contacts in local, national and international luxury circles to promote the Maison
    • Promote the culture and image of the brand internally and externally
    • Ensure store atmosphere reflects brand image; ensure sales associates are knowledgeable about products and company information
    • Embody the Maison and its values for high-potential clients and prospects
  • Business Development
    • Develop store business plans with marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and grow the customer base
    • Set yearly and monthly sales objectives and implement actions to achieve them
    • Monitor local market trends and competitor activities
    • Establish and maintain relationships with partners to attract new high-potential clients
  • Sales Management
    • Motivate and coach sales associates to meet sales and productivity goals
    • Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor
    • Provide feedback on product assortment and customer requests
  • Clienteling & CRM
    • Ensure high-quality customer service and a memorable in-store and out-of-store experience
    • Build and maintain a exploitable customer database through precise data capture
    • Respond to customer requests and promote new collections
    • Coach the team on CRM activities to monitor operations
  • Customer Service
    • Maintain the highest level of customer service and impeccable selling ceremony
    • Support after-sales issues (returns, repairs, etc.)
  • Store Visuals
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store condition per corporate guidelines
    • Collaborate with Visual Identity to ensure windows and displays meet brand standards
Profile
  • Minimum 8-10 years in a managerial role in luxury, with at least 5 years as a Store Manager/Store Director
  • Luxury expert with strong clienteling skills and ability to be the face of Delvaux
  • Ambassador for the house with knowledge of the city and broad personal connections
  • Experience in people management and developing high-performance teams
  • Operationally strong with ability to translate strategies into action
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships across all levels
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages a plus
