Duties

MUST HAVE DOT MEDICAL CARD

MONDAY -SATURDAY

6AM START TIME

• Safely operate box trucks with manual transmission along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring items are secured properly for transit
• Deliver goods directly to customers’ locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction
• Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal safety and maintenance standards are met
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays during routes
• Assist with warehouse duties including moving inventory, organizing stock, and supporting team members as needed

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles
• Strong knowledge of route driving, navigation tools, and traffic regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely during loading/unloading processes
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus
• Familiarity with commercial driving requirements, including maintaining valid driver’s licenses with appropriate endorsements
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
