The GIC Supply Chain team manages end-to-end operations, encompassing planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and analytics. They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. Purpose of the role
The BPM Business Analyst role will be responsible for helping advance our business processes and tools for Business Performance Management in Supply Chain. Their primary responsibility will be to provide Technical and Analytical support for the BPM team as they enhance and mature their BPM Capabilities (focused primarily on RUN)
Key Accountabilities

Manage AskTheLink requests for BPM, triaging into individual user help, bugs, and enhancement requests.

Provide first level support and troubleshooting to Business Users for the BPM Portal by discerning if the need is process or technology related and coaching accordingly.

Coordinate bugs and enhancement requests into the backlog with the Business Activator and BPM Pod team.

Identify trends in user requests and bugs to influence training and technology opportunities

On-going system health testing and monitoring, including root cause of bugs and testing strategies for the technical team to execute

Document new features and enhancements as released in OPLs and training materials

Manage AD groups to add/remove participants, update access lists, update contact lists

Update the ADO backlog to publish to users

Manage BPM SharePoint
-
Light technical support (e.g. re-opening process docs, reporting for end users)

Develop more robust governance of process and tool as BPM ecosystem continues to grow
Minimum Qualifications
-
Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)

3+ years of Supply Chain experience
-
Ability to navigate the organization across OU and pillar teams
-
Ability to thrive in a complex, evolving team.

Comfort with analytical tools and expertise in formula calculations: ex. Excel, Smartsheet, etc
-
Comfort with data visualization creation: ex. Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, Looker, etc
-
Ability to translate user feedback to a problem to be solved
-
Ability to self learn systems through video tutorials, articles or support desk
-
Ability to collect information from multiple sources, organize data & provide recommendations to business teams for priority conversations.

Excellent communication & collaboration Skills

Detail oriented and ability to deliver consistency on repeated actions

Self-managing, results oriented and capable of working on multiple initiatives simultaneously

General understanding of Business Performance Management and E2E Supply Chain
