Job Title: BPM Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Level: 6+Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15Days

Primary roles and responsibilities

• To ensure the stability, continuity and efficiency of the Newgen BPM & Automation Anywhere RPA Platform by providing high-quality production support, troubleshooting system issues, and proactively enhancing system reliability and performance in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 production support for critical insurance applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
• Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and implement long-term solutions to prevent system downtime.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and configurations by performing impact analysis and validation.
• Document support procedures, contribute to knowledge management, and ensure compliance with incident, change, and problem management processes

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Newgen tools such as Newgen iBPS, Omnidocs, O2MS, Omni Extract, Omni Classifier and Omniscan. Knowledge of BaNCS is added advantage.
• Good understanding of RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere A360, Control room, BOT creator and runners.
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, Webservices and SQL for change development and data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience with incident tracking and ITSM tools (e.g., Manage Engine, Remedy).
• Familiarity with application servers (JBoss).
• Handson experience in integration interfaces (APIs, SOAP/REST).

Education, Experience and Formal/Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in development and ECMS and RPA related development and production support within the insurance or financial services domain.
