BPM Developer

We are seeking a skilled BPM Developer to design, implement, and optimize business processes using Business Process Management (BPM) tools. The role involves developing automated workflows, integrating BPM systems with enterprise applications, and improving operational efficiency by analyzing and enhancing existing business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BPMN 2.0, workflow automation, system integration, and process optimization .

Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan and Faisalabad

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain business processes using BPM tools.
• Develop business process models and workflows using BPMN 2.0 .
• Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance optimizations.
• Automate manual processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate BPM platforms with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, databases, and third-party systems .
• Develop and manage system interfaces and ensure seamless data flow between applications.
• Utilize SOAP, RESTful APIs, and web services for system integrations.
• Customize BPM solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, or Java .
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field .
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and workflow automation concepts .
• Experience with BPM tools and process modeling platforms .
• Proficiency in SOAP, RESTful APIs, and web services integration .
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, or Java for BPM customization.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data integration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and propose technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
