BPM- Technology Developer

Developer - As an BPM Application Developer,you will be responsible to support, maintain, and troubleshoot backend systems in production. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, resolving incidents, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve service stability and performance.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and their integration with other systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, coding and testing applications, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Design and implement BPM process in Camunda 8 and Zeebe client implementation

- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design application architecture.

- Code, test, and debug applications to ensure they meet business process and application requirements.

- Integrate applications with other systems and troubleshoot any integration issues.

- Ensure the smooth functioning of applications by monitoring performance and addressing any issues that arise.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM version 8.

- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

- Experience in designing and building applications using Camunda BPM,

- Handson experience in writing Feel expressions, job workers, Camunda APIs, Restful services

- Knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks.

- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with database management systems and SQL.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.

- Understanding of DevOps principles and tools.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Camunda BPM.

- A 15 years full-time education is required.

- Troubleshooting experiences (tools, logs analysis etc.) and quick Troubleshooting skill

- 2 years of Experience in Application / Platform support activities, proficient in ITSM tool, processess and Support activities.

- Willing to work in shifts, on-call for Operational supports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
