Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and driven candidates for a General BPO Executive role. This position involves handling customer interactions, backend operations, and process support in a dynamic night shift environment. Ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Meet quality and productivity targets (KPIs & SLAs)
• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Education: Graduate (any discipline)
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of BPO/Customer Support experience can apply
• Willingness to work in night shifts

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English required)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Team player with positive attitude

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,100 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
• Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives
• Earning Potential: Up to ₹30,000 per month (including incentives)
