BPO Data Processing Associate:
Will be providing exceptional back-end support services to our USA clients. You will be expected to take full ownership of your work, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery. Through continuous learning programs, you will enhance your skills, enabling you to consistently meet client needs, expectations and drive satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Accuracy: Perform high-volume data entry tasks with speed and precision.

Planning and Organizing: Develop clear, actionable plans to achieve daily targets while managing resources efficiently.

Problem Analysis and Solutions: Identify and analyze client issues, providing practical solutions.

Analytical Reporting: Prepare detailed reports using Excel and other MS Office tools, ensuring accuracy.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, ensuring open communication and shared responsibility to meet common goals.

Client Communication: Provide clear, effective communication via email (Outlook) and MS Teams, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.

Education/ Qualifications:

14 years degree preferably16 years undergraduate degree completed in any field including business, Commerce, Mass Communication preferably in English Literature)

Fresh or experience preferably in the BPO industry like Data processing, Call Center, Customer Support role for US clients will be preferred

Good expertise in content writing.

Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Good expertise using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Effectively handle the emails & tickets assigned to you for data entry; maintain both quality and speed for the data entry assignments.

Stay in constant communication with the team lead and other team members to effectively coordinate the work effort.
