Job Title: BPO Manager
Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Salary: 150,000 PKR (Negotiable)
Experience: 4–5 Years Required

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BPO Manager to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing BPO teams, driving performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for achieving targets, maintaining quality standards, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily BPO operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead and mentor team leads and agents to achieve KPIs and SLAs.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
  • Handle client communication, escalations, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in a BPO managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and BPO management tools.
