Role Overview

As Business Unit Head, you will spearhead the strategic, commercial, and operational leadership of one of Beepeeo’s core service offerings—be it IT Staff Augmentation, Managed IT Services, BPO & E-commerce support, or Consulting & Strategy. This role combines business acumen, P&L ownership, team leadership, lead generation, and client acquisition to drive growth, streamline operations, and cement Beepeeo’s reputation as a top-tier BPO innovator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the business unit’s vision, aligned with Beepeeo’s mission and growth plans.
  • Financial Oversight: Own P&L—drive revenue, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
  • Lead Generation & Customer Building: Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through networking, digital marketing, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong client pipeline across Beepeeo’s service portfolio.
  • Convert leads into long-term customer relationships with high retention rates.
  • Market & Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships; identify new business opportunities in IT staff augmentation, managed services, and BPO.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs around sales, lead conversion, customer retention, and delivery excellence.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Beepeeo, representing the business unit in leadership forums, client meetings, and industry events.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Management, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 6 to 8 years in leadership, with proven expertise in lead generation, business development, and customer relationship management, ideally in IT services or BPO.
  • Sales & Marketing Acumen: Strong experience in building pipelines, closing deals, and expanding customer accounts.
  • Staff Augmentation: Staff augmentation experience is mandatory
  • Experience of working with foreign principles is mandatory
  • Financial Acuity: Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong people management and team-building capabilities.
  • Client Centricity: Excellent record in client onboarding, satisfaction, and long-term relationship building.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze markets, spot opportunities, and scale new services.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Be able to work in other timezone
