BPO Medical Verification

The BPO Medical Verification is responsible for contacting potential Medicare beneficiaries to confirm eligibility for updated plan benefits and transferring qualified individuals to licensed insurance agents. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in data handling, and strict adherence to Medicare compliance guidelines while delivering a professional and reassuring customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Outreach

• Place outbound calls to Medicare beneficiaries during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) to inform them about updated benefit options, including dental, vision, hearing, and prescription coverage.
• Clearly communicate benefit highlights in a compliant and customer-friendly manner.

2. Eligibility Confirmation

• Verify beneficiary eligibility by confirming Medicare Part A and Part B enrollment.
• Collect required information such as date of birth, ZIP code, prescription details, and other relevant data to determine plan qualification.

3. Customer Communication & Objection Handling

• Respond to customer questions and concerns using clear, accurate, and compliant explanations.
• Explain the purpose of collecting personal details by emphasizing the importance of location-specific and customized plan options.

4. Compliance & Data Protection

• Ensure all interactions comply with federal and state Medicare regulations, including Do Not Call (DNC) guidelines.
• Obtain verbal consent before transferring calls to licensed insurance agents.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards when handling customer information.

5. Call Transfers

• Identify qualified beneficiaries and smoothly transfer calls to licensed insurance agents for detailed plan discussions.
• Ensure a seamless handoff that supports a positive customer experience.

6. Documentation & Follow-Ups

• Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and eligibility details in the system.
• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for beneficiaries who need additional time or wish to consult family members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
