BPO Research Analyst

Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Real Estate Research Analyst to prepare Broker Price Opinion (BPO) reports for U.S. residential properties. The candidate must have strong research and analytical skills and the ability to meet daily targets with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research properties using MLS, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor and county records
• Analyze comparable sales (comps) and market trends
• Prepare Interior and Exterior BPO reports
• Determine property value based on market analysis
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards
• Follow client guidelines and valuation instructions
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client data

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and internet research
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal English communication

Qualification:
Any Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce / Finance preferred)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
