BPO Telecaller

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients interested in work and tourist visa services for Europe, the UK, and USA, following a professional sales script. Educate clients about visa application processes, required documents, and available services. Conduct telephonic market research to understand client needs and suggest tailored visa solutions. Maintain accurate records of all client inquiries, applications, and follow-ups using basic computer programs. Achieve daily and weekly sales/conversion targets through persuasive communication, relationship-building, and service-oriented approaches.
