Qualifications;

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting/Finance.

Minimum 2 years experience.

Good command of English both written and spoken.

Operates finance and accounting solutions that strengthen compliance and improve efficiency.

Experience in outsourcing firm is a plus.

Proficiency with MS Office.

Preferably SAP proficiency.

Roles&Responsibilities
-
Preparing and recording general ledger (GL) entries in compliance with the uniform chart of accounts and internal accounting policies.

Preparing and submitting statutory declarations and legal statements to relevant authorities.

Managing and reconciling customer current account balances, including periodic group reconciliation processes.

Preparing and filing various tax returns, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp Tax, and Corporate Income Tax returns.

Preparing group reporting files in line with specific company and group requirements.

Monitoring compliance with local accounting standards, tax legislation, and other required reporting standards such as IFRS/USGAAP

Coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
