Job description
Qualification required: BCOM, with working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel
Lanaguages: Englsh, Hindi, Kannada
Co-ordinate with Depot.
To record all transactions relating to branch like purchases, sale , expenses , receipts , payments etc,
Generate E-invoice and Eway bills when required as per price list
Vendor reconciliation.
Travel bills verification
Co-ordination with State Sales staff for Balance Confirmation
Receivables follow-up.
Monitor agewise o/s, work on scheme discounts
Monthly stock , sales , collection and sales report
Prepare GST statement
Administrative activities of branch like maintaining dealership forms, monthly staff attendance etc.
Involve in HO activities like filing of GST and TDS returns, audits etc
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
