Assistant Branch Manager

Mr Tailor is seeking to hire an Assistant branch Managerwith following requirements :

• Manage the branch's workflow.
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
• Execute the branch Manager's daily instructions.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Maintain the store's standards to meet world-class standards.
• Supervise & Manage about 6-10 employees and workers in-store to make sure they are following their job descriptions.
• Handles customer's issues and complaints.
• Handles cash flow and issues receipts.
• Execute the company policies in-store & prepare daily reports to the administration.
• Maximum Age 37 Years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience 1 to 3 years
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£11,000.00 per month
