Branch Accountant

The Role
Implementing Plans and Programs Implementing endorsed plans and programs to achieve set objectives. Executive and Technical Duties • Implementation of the new system (Speed) in the form and time in accordance with management decisions. • Issuing daily and monthly invoices (Lease & Rent company or individual on time). • Settlement of petty cash in the Branch. • Follow up on any cashback or return cash to customers in addition to any cash movement in the branch. • Follow up the weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable. • Follow up on the legal cases in Branch. • Follow up with the collection and make the necessary reports for collection and follow up the area and the collectors. • Following up the collection of all open individual contracts daily, weekly, and monthly. General Administrative Duties • Preparing periodic reports with respect to and achievements to the Financial Manager. • Assigning duties and examining work for exactness and conformance to policies and procedures. • Performing any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Financial Manager.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification • BA in Finance or Accounting • Experience using spreadsheets. • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good computer and technical skills with specific experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, • Word, PowerPoint). Minimum Experience • A minimum of three years’ experience in a related field. Other Requirement • Knowledge and understanding of financial service business. • Skills the use of MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Acceptable language (Arabic and English ). Internal Employment Relations • Communicating and follow up the clients, collectors to pay the overdue collection according to agreements.
