Key Result Areas:
1. Major role of Centre Sales Manager will be as a Profile Centre Head where he/she will be responsible for Profitability of the centre.
2. Centre Sales Manager mainly aims towards the achieving the desired revenue (billing & collection) & conversion Targets of Campus.
3. To lead & comprehensively involve in Counselling, Marketing & Administration Team and their work tasks. Oversee the delivery and management part of Academics.
4. To make sure all the SOP’s of related departments are maintained.
5. Ensuring achievement of minimum Conversion ratio i.e. 60% in tele to visit and visit to enquiry segment.
6. Involve in counselling segment to achieve more productivity.
7. Make sure the follow-ups with pending enquiries are done in a right & appropriate manner.
8. Provide right solutions for better counselling methodologies to counsellor and make sure the things are implemented in a right way.
9. Evaluating marketing campaigns & strategies.
10. Prepare Monthly Planning and make sure they are executed accordingly.
11. Ensure timely collection of course payment from students and make sure all the due’s & over due’s fees are collected well within the due date.
12. To create Brand Awareness, work towards Lead Generation and to Generate Footfall in the respective location by the mode of various ATL & BTL Activities such as Delivering Seminars in School & Villages, Multiple Events & Activities, Pamphlet Distribution, Hoardings & Wall paintings etc.
13. Vendor Management for Newspaper Adds & Multiple Branding Materials like Flex, Canopy, Hoardings, Wall paintings etc.
14. Arranging & managing the effective distribution of marketing materials.
15. Finding Suitable Business Associates in the Region and establishing strong relationships with them for Generating Business.
16. Identify and contact various Industries and approach them for our different Courses.
17. Self-involvement in Digital Marketing for lead generation.
18. Keep regular contact with past, existing, and new Students for exploring new opportunities.
19. Plan & lead different marketing activities & events (in-house & out-house).
20. Keep regular contact with past, existing, and new Students for exploring new opportunities.
21. Handle student’s/ parents grievances in an effective manner.
22. To make sure there are no dropout/ refund cases.
23. Support in the other entire operational department towards firm executions & achieving business objectives.
24. Maintaining various database/ record in excel/software etc.
25. Monitoring Competitor's Activity
26. Identify and contact various Industries and approach them for our different Courses.
27. Perform other duties as assigned.
