Branch Head

The Branch Head is responsible for leading the overall operations, academic quality, sales performance, and administrative functions of the Medcity Kottayam branch. The role requires strong leadership, a results driven approach, and the ability to ensure an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor academic, sales, and support teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure high standards of training quality, student satisfaction, and service delivery.
• Drive student admissions through effective planning, marketing coordination, and lead management.
• Review faculty performance, schedule classes, and maintain academic discipline.
• Manage branch finances including fee collection, petty cash, and expense approvals.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate events, workshops, exams, and promotional activities.
• Handle escalations and provide timely solutions for students and staff.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem solving ability.
• Experience in training, education, or branch operations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
• Customer focused approach with attention to quality and detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
